On the beautiful Bovenwater in Lelystad, Tom Bremer and Wouter Butterman have realised a stunning new beach pavilion. Their vision, perseverance and eye for quality have created a unique place where residents and visitors can enjoy nature, relaxation and hospitality.
As a municipality, we are immensely proud of this addition to our city. Toms Beach contributes to the liveliness of the area and makes Lelystad a little more attractive.
