It is possible to apply for an event permit through the Lelystad Municipality website.
Organising an event, neighbourhood party, open day or end of sports season? It is important to know whether a permit is required. In some cases, a notification is sufficient. If in doubt, for more information, please contact the ECL Foundation, available at 0320-232 173 or e-mail info@lelystadevenementen.nl.
Please note that the processing of a permit takes at least 8 weeks, even 4 months for larger events. It is therefore essential to submit an application on time!
In case of nuisance or if something is noticed in the neighbourhood, it is possible to report it via the Fixi app of the Lelystad Municipality.
Placing an advertising billboard often requires a permit. You can apply for this via the environment desk.

We call an option on a business plot a reservation. This reservation is formally recorded and has an expiry date. There are no costs involved in reserving a plot.
