Flevokust Haven is close to the Randstad and offers many transport options. From Flevokust Haven, you can transport goods to and from the major (sea) ports of Rotterdam, Antwerp, Amsterdam and the German hinterland. The Lelystad port is in close proximity to the A6 motorway, a growing airport (Lelystad Airport) and rail (Hanzelijn). In addition, the port is in the middle of a large agricultural area. If the Kornwerdersluis is eventually widened and deepened, Flevokust Haven is already prepared.
