In this way, they serve not only a tasty dish, but above all a healthy product, from cattle grazing on pastures with an active soil life and varied plant growth through the use of farmyard manure. Organic and pure nature.
With the seasons
Besides their specialities, such as the delicious Confit de Canard, they cook with the seasons. In keeping with this, they adapt their wall decorations accordingly. They make their own fries from potatoes from the Flevopolder and you can taste that! Modern, but also traditional from old-fashioned quality principles. Sustainability is of paramount importance at Bistro La Route. For you, that means eating out with a consciously responsible feeling!

Opening hours
This bistro is open from 16.00 on Wednesdays to Sundays, they are closed on Mondays & Tuesdays! The kitchen is open from 5pm and they stay open as long as it's cosy.
